Rory Underwood was a prolific and spectacular scorer of tries for England in the team's relentless surge to the top of world rugby in the early nineties.
With his brother Tony on the opposite flank, the Underwood brothers became the first siblings to represent England in the same team since 1938.
A great converter of chances, Rory rarely missed getting onto the scoresheet and is Britain's highest ever try scorer.
His international career ended in 1996 and, following a spell as an RAF pilot, he now works as a leadership and team-work adviser to big businesses.
Like all world class wingers, Underwood had great pace and he expects the 100m and golf (he has a handicap of 13) to be his strongest events.
But he fears seven years of inactivity could prove costly in the gym tests and he hasn't ridden a bike since school.
