Tens of thousand of you have signed up to go the extra Mile for Sport Relief on July 15 - and we want to tell us how you get on.
Use the postform to let us know how your Mile went, how much fun you have had and how much money you have raised.
It doesn't matter if you have done the Mile in Belfast, Glasgow, Plymouth or anywhere - we really want to see your snaps.
Maybe you have already done the Mile at school or you have been to one of the 260+ local Miles across the country?
We want you to give us a flavour of the action by sending us pictures and videos from your mobile phones.
Follow the instructions below to submit you pictures.
How to submit a picture or video
Please put "Sport Relief" in the subject line and send your photos or video as a Multi-Media Message (MMS) to: email@example.com
Or send in your entries by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach the video as an avi or QuickTime movie file.
If you are using your mobile remember you can send them from any network. Please send the large full size images (usually 640x480 pixels) taken by the mobiles otherwise they are too small to publish.
Don't forget to include your name and some background information as to what the image is about.
When taking photos or filming, please do not endanger yourself or others, or take unnecessary risks.
If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with the BBC's Terms and Conditions.
In contributing to the BBC Sport website and WAP site you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media. (See the Terms and Conditions for the full terms of our rights.)
It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to the BBC Sport website and WAP site. This means you are perfectly free to take what you have produced and re-publish it somewhere else. Please note that if your image is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it on the BBC Sport website. The BBC cannot guarantee that all pictures will be published and we reserve the right to edit your comments.
Some sporting action is covered by copyright so we may not be able to publish all your submissions.
