Gordon Strachan
Coventry boss Gordon Strachan talks about the pressure at the bottom end of the Premiership. In his fifth year of management he is in danger of being the manager in charge of the first Coventry team ever to be relegated from England's top flight. His team have won only six games out of 31 this season, and are currently lying 18th in the Premier League But the fiery Scot has not given up hope: "There can be no room here for negative vibes. We must accentuate the positive - because that's all we can do in the current circumstances."

Graham Taylor
With a career spanning 29 turbulant years in football management Graham Taylor has finally had enough and will retire from Watford at the end of the season. Despite achieving great success with Watford and Aston Villa, Taylor will always be most famously remembered as the manager of the England side that failed to reach the 1994 World Cup. With his Watford side again challenging for a play-off position in this season's First Division, Taylor talks about his career and what he has planned for the future.

Richard Guest
Widely known as a caring jockey who won't use the whip unnecessarily, Richard Guest rode 33-1 chance Red Marauder to victory in Saturday's Grand National. Severe weather conditions meant that only four horses completed the course this year, with most of the field wiped out after a pile-up at the Canal Turn. Determination and self-belief are two of the jockey's greatest strengths, illustrated by his New Year's Day promise that he wouldn't touch a drop of alcohol until he'd won the National. With that feat accomplished, we can be sure that he treated himself to a much deserved glass of champagne on Saturday night.
