Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire

BBC Radio Lancashire is the place for you to hear all the latest news and commentary on the area's major teams.

The station broadcasts on a host of frequencies, including 103.9 FM, 95.5 FM and 104.5 FM, DAB digital radio and online at bbc.co.uk/lancashire, although some sporting events cannot be streamed online for contractual reasons.

Our top team of commentators will bring you all the football action from Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, Preston North End, Blackpool, Accrington Stanley and Morecambe, as well as the best from the rest of the area's sporting action.

Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire runs from 1400-1900 every Saturday, and you can catch up with all the local sports news at 1800 every weekday evening.

And you can see the best of the action on North West Tonight on BBC One at 1830 on Mondays and the day following any midweek matches.

SATURDAY, 22 NOVEMBER

1400-1900: Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire
On this Saturday's Sport with Gary Hickson, we are live at Molineux for Blackpool's Championship clash with Wolves.

There is also coverage of Preston's home game with Barnsley and Burnley's match against Doncaster, along with news of Accrington and Morecambe.

Then from 1800 it is the football phone-in.

SUNDAY, 23 NOVEMBER

1325-1530: Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire
Full commentary from White Hart Lane on this afternoon's Premier League clash between Tottenham and Blackburn.

Join Andy Bayes and Simon Garner from 1325 on 95.5FM, as well as 855 and 1557AM as Rovers look to end a run of seven league games without victory.

MONDAY, 24 NOVEMBER

1800-1900: Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire
Gary Hickson will be here from 1800 looking back at the weekend's football action.

He will be looking back at a busy Saturday and Sunday for our local clubs, and linking up live to Oakwell where Burnley are in action in the Championship against Barnsley.

TUESDAY, 25 NOVEMBER

1800-1900: Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire
There is more live football for you this Tuesday evening here on BBC Radio Lancashire.

We are on the road with Preston who take on Derby in the Championship, as well as keeping you right up-to-date with events between Blackpool and Sheffield Wednesday and Morecambe's visit to Bournemouth.

The build-up to the weekend's football action starts this evening from 1800 with Phil Cunliffe.

FRIDAY, 28 NOVEMBER

1800-2000: Sport on BBC Radio Lancashire
Your sporting weekend kicks off on BBC Radio Lancashire this Friday night from 1800 in the company of Gary Hickson.

He will be previewing two days of live action over the weekend alongside Burnley legend Martin Dobson.

And then, from 1900, Gary is joined by Ian McGarry for the non-league hour.
