BBC Radio Cambridgeshire is the place for you to hear all the latest news and commentary on the county's major sports teams.

The station broadcasts on 96 FM and 95.7 FM, DAB digital radio and online at

Our team of commentators bring football coverage from Peterborough United and Cambridge United, as well as the best from the rest of the area's sporting action.

Saturday Sport with Peter Swan usually runs from 1400-1800 BST with midweek football broadcast from 1900-2200 BST whenever our local sides are playing.

The final hour of Saturday Sport contains out regular post-match phone-in where fans are invited to discuss any local sporting topic which takes their fancy.

Commentary of Peterborough United can be found on 95.7 FM or 1026 AM and DAB digital in the Cambridgeshire area.

Unfortunately we are unable to broadcast Posh commentary online owing to contractual reasons, but we try to make pre and post-match interviews available on the website.

Our Peterborough United commentary team is Edwin Overland - the second longest serving commentator in BBC local radio - and our sports editor Nick Fairbairn.

BBC Radio Cambridgeshire has live commentary of every Posh match this season in the Championship, FA Cup and League Cup.


Commentary of Cambridge United is available on 96FM and DAB digital in the Cambridgeshire area.
