The station broadcasts on a host of frequencies, including 104.1 FM, 104.4 FM, 95.4 FM and 94.6 FM, DAB digital radio and online at bbc.co.uk/berkshire, although some sporting events cannot be streamed online for contractual reasons.

Our top team of commentators will bring you all the football action from Reading, rugby union involving London Irish, and ice hockey from the homes of the Slough Jets and Bracknell Bees - plus the best from the rest of the area's sporting action.

Jonny Saunders presents the Saturday afternoon sports show from 1300-1800 GMT, during which Tim Dellor brings you commentary of Reading matches. Tim also hosts Sportsweek every Friday from 1800-1900GMT.

And you can see the best of the action on South Today on BBC One at 1830GMT on Mondays and the day after any midweek matches.
