In the Know is a brand new Saturday morning sport and news show for the summer of 2004 that will be screened live on BBC ONE and BBC News 24.

During a huge summer of sport for the BBC, In the Know will be an energetic mix of live studio guests from the worlds of sport, news and entertainment.

We'll have live links to sporting outside broadcasts around the world; exclusive features, surveys and reports; and all the latest news.

John Inverdale and Louise Minchin with present the show, with former Liquid News host Colin Paterson providing on-location news reports.

Each week, a special guest will be quizzed by John and the studio audience - and viewers will be invited to text and email their questions during the show.

The show will launch at the start of Euro 2004 - and will run for eight weeks through to the start of the Olympics in Athens.

The BBC has a huge summer of sport in 2004 - and In the Know will be at the heart of it all.

In the Know will be on BBC One at 0930 this Saturday, and at 1000 from then onwards.
