14 Iroda Tulyaganova
Tulyaganova has steadily crept up the world rankings since making her debut as a pro two years ago. She made a name for herself on the world stage back in 1999 when she won the junior Wimbledon singles title and the US Open doubles crown in the same year.
She had a superb season last year when she won singles titles in Vienna and Knokke-Heist and also two doubles titles in Strasbourg and Pattaya. The Uzbekistani reached the third round of Wimbledon last year but may be considered as a dark horse this time round. |
