Hutchins and Huss came through a dramatic final on Sunday

Britain's Ross Hutchins and Australian partner Stephen Huss won the ATP World Tour doubles title in Montpellier.

The pair battled to a 6-2 4-6 10-7 victory over Spain's Marc Lopez and Eduardo Schwank of Argentina, the fourth seeds.

It is the second time the pair have won an ATP title, following their victory in Beijing two years ago.

Hutchins, ranked 73 in the world, has confirmed he will play with British number two Colin Fleming in 2011.

The Englishman has been in good form recently, picking up a Challenger title in Uzbekistan with Jamie Murray, and he finished runner-up with another Australian, Jordan Kerr, in Sydney and Memphis earlier in the year.

And playing with Fleming's former partner, Ken Skupsi, Hutchins won silver at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi three weeks ago.

An impressive week in Montpellier saw Hutchins and Huss defeat top seeds Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi and local hopes Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Josselin Ouanna on their way to the final.

"Great feeling, winning in front of great packed stadium..I wanna thanks Hussy, he did great!" Hutchins said on Twitter.
