Guernsey's Heather Watson has moved up 10 places to number 24 in the junior world tennis rankings.

It is the first time the 16-year-old has broken into the top 30 after a string of good results.

She reached the final of the ITF grade-one listed Eddie Herr International tournament in Florida on Sunday.

The week before she won another grade-one event, the Yucatan World Cup in Mexico, and has seen her ranking rise 60 places in the last fortnight.

She is now playing in the Orange Bowl tournament in Florida.

The grade A listed event is her third, and biggest tournament in the last three weeks.
