British youngster Daniel Evans was dumped out of the Junior Australian Open with a three-set defeat to India's Yuki Bhambri at Melbourne Park.
Evans, seeded three, took eighth seed Bhambri to a tie break in the first set and won with a single break in the second but went down 7-6 (7-5) 4-6 6-3.
Evans, 17, was appearing in last eight of a junior Grand Slam for the second time, after last season's US Open.
No British junior has reached a slam's last four since Andy Murray in 2004.
