Roddick and Hewitt will hope to be back for the Paris Masters

Former world number ones Andy Roddick and Lleyton Hewitt have withdrawn from next week's Madrid Masters event because of injury.
World number five Roddick has pulled out with a knee injury, while Hewitt, ranked 19th, has an injured ankle.
The tournament will see Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal return to action for the first time since last month's US Open, which Federer won.
British number one Andy Murray will also be in action in Madrid.
World number one Federer, who won last year's event in Madrid, pulled out of last month's Japan Open because of fatigue after winning the US Open.
Nadal, the world number two, injured his left knee during a practice session at the beginning of last month.
But Nadal, who reached the semi-finals in 2006, is ready to compete in the indoor tournament in his home nation.
