Johansson suffered a shock first-round defeat

Number one seed Thomas Johansson was knocked out in the first round of the Nottingham Open by Czech Jan Vacek.
The Swede is the world number 21 and won the event in 2001, but he was beaten 6-7 (6-8) 7-6 (13-11) 4-6 by Vacek, ranked 224 places below him.
The closely-fought match lasted two hours and 19 minutes.
Neither broke serve in the first two sets, but Vacek finally made the breakthrough in the ninth game of the final set and closed out the match.
Following the defeat Johansson said the game should not have been played because of the dampness of the court under overcast skies.
"I thought it was wet and dangerous to play on for both of us, and I told the umpire," said Johansson.
"I cannot do more than tell him the court is dangerous. He said the court was new and that was why it was slippery."
Johansson's fears that a player would get injured came true soon after when Andy Murray's elder brother Jamie twisted his knee during a first-round doubles match.
The Murrays were trailing American Justin Gimelstob and Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland 4-0 when Jamie appeared to slip on centre court and the pair were due to retire.
British number seven Richard Bloomfield came close to an upset in the first round of the Nottingham Open.
Bloomfield battled bravely before losing to Serbia's Janko Tipsarevic 6-4 3-6 6-3.
Bloomfield was given a wildcard for the tournament

The Norwich player, ranked 260 in the world, lost his serve in the seventh game in the first set.
He recovered to convert his only break point of the match to win the second set but Tipsarevic took a 2-0 lead in the decider and never looked back.
Number two seed Dominik Hrbaty cruised into the second round with a 6-0 6-3 victory in just 55 minutes against Yeu-Tzuoo Wang of Taipei.
The 28-year-old Slovakian was fast out of the blocks, winning the first four games in just 11 minutes.
Although Wang offered some resistance in the fifth game, Hrbaty finally served out for the set.
After finally holding his serve at the fourth time of asking in the first game of the second set, Wang was crucially broken again in the fifth.
That allowed Hrbaty to set up a last-16 meeting with Andreas Seppi after the Italian defeated Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka 7-6 (9-7) 4-6 6-4.
