Mauresmo has three tournament wins so far in 2006

Amelie Mauresmo has returned to the top of the WTA rankings for the second time in her career.
Australian Open champion Mauresmo replaces Kim Clijsters despite both players skipping last week's Pacific Life Open in Indian Wells.
The Frenchwoman, who briefly held the No. 1 ranking in 2004, now has 3,511 points, with Clijsters on 3,290.
Justine Henin-Hardenne is ranked third and Maria Sharapova fourth. Lindsay Davenport completes the top five.
With the rankings determined by results over the preceding 52 weeks, US Open champion Clijsters lost more points from her tally than Mauresmo because she won last year's Indian Wells event.
Mary Pierce, Nadia Petrova, Elena Dementieva, Patty Schnyder and Venus Williams round off the top 10.
