Baghdatis can still smile, even in defeat
"I was getting to think I was emotionally ready for winning, which normally you shouldn't, but I can't block it out. I'm also just human."
Roger Federer explains his tearful response to winning his third straight Grand Slam title.
"Obviously, I know the importance of winning the French and what it would do to my career."
Federer only needs to win in Paris to complete a Grand Slam.

"I'm a bit unhappy, I mean it's just after the match and I think it will take me two, three days to come back and smile again." Baghdatis knows he is still a winner, despite his loss.
"If anyone asks me why I came back, this is why - the dream of being back on court, of winning major titles."
