Argentina has never had a Wimbledon champion, and Guillermo Coria is unlikely to be the first.

He is extremely quick and that ability to scramble, allied to pinpoint accuracy from the baseline, makes him a tough proposition on slower surfaces.

With the extra time afforded by clay, Coria will chase down everything and always make his opponent play one more ball than they want to.

But the Argentine's major problem is a straightforward lack of power that hinders him on hard courts and can see him overwhelmed on grass.

Coria simply does not have the time on grass to dictate from the baseline, nor the power to put his shots away.

After a disappointing fourth-round exit at the French Open, he will at least be fresher than usual when he arrives at Wimbledon.
