American Donald Young became the youngest male winner of a junior Grand Slam title with victory over top seed Kim Sun-Yong at the Australian Open.
Aged at only 15 years and 191 days, the second seed beat the South Korean 6-2 6-4 in one hour 11 minutes to become the youngest ever junior number one.
"I've wanted to be number one since I started playing ITFs, but it's here now and feels like nothing at the moment.
"Maybe tomorrow when I see number one by my name, then I'll realise it."
Top seed Victoria Azarenka of Belarus won the girls' title with a 6-2 6-2 win over Agnes Szavay of Hungary.
