Venus Williams and Kim Clijsters take top billing as the women's event reaches the quarter-final stage at the US Open on Tuesday.
The in-form pair meet in the final match of the night session, after Maria Sharapova takes on Nadia Petrova.
Wimbledon champion Venus dispatched sister Serena in the fourth round, while Clijsters has won three hard-court titles this summer.
And the Belgian beat Williams to the Stanford crown at the end of July.
"What you have to do when you play against her is make sure you play aggressive tennis," Clijsters said.
"That means I'll have to take some risks."
Argentine David Nalbandian wraps up the day's proceedings with his match against Italy's Davide Sanguinetti.
