Haehnel sees off Gasquet in Metz
Jerome Haehnel
Jerome Haehnel beat teenager Richard Gasquet in an all-French final at the Metz Open to claim his first title on the ATP Tour.

Haehnel, who is ranked 185 in the world and came through qualifying, beat 18-year-old Gasquet 7-6 (11-9) 6-4.

The 24-year-old first made an impact on the world scene with victory over Andre Agassi in the first round of this year's French Open.

Metz is only the second main tour event Haehnel has played this year.
