Navratilova wins again
Martina Navaratilova and Svetlana Kuznetsova celebrate their victory
The pair have won three doubles titles already this season
Former world number one Martina Navratilova has won the Italian Open doubles at the age of 46 - the 170th doubles title of her 28-year career.

Playing alongside 17-year-old Svetlana Kuznetsova of Russia, the pair defeated Jelena Dokic and Nadia Petrova 6-4 5-7 6-2 for their third title together this season.

"I know I don't play as well as my best 20 years ago, but people don't care," said Navratilova.

"I love what I do. I have a passion for tennis and a passion for life.

"Svetlana helped me out today - I was playing terrible. She helps me, I help her."

Navratilova and Kuznetsova are aiming for another title together in the French Open later this month.
