We are finally there!

What a beautiful day - it began at Guernsey, it followed with a penalty shootout which only proved that I needed a ponytail (like David Seaman) to stop any of the shots that went past me.

The journey after that took in Radio Berkshire, Northampton, Three Counties and then BBC London 94.9.

The week has been fascinating - it has been a slow burner which I am sure will end up with the night being a monumental success.

I am also sure that if the event takes place again it will be another massive success.

But this has been a lot of fun. I have met loads of people, done loads of interesting things although, to be truthful I won't be doing it again for awhile.

Looking at the clock at the end of this, I am closing in on 3000 miles for the week.

I do feel I have been away for a number of weeks because of all the place I have been to.
