With Sport Relief's big night getting closer and closer, here are the ways you can lend your support to this worthy project.

There are many different ways of making donations.

• 1. By Telephoning 08457 910910 (calls will be charged at your normal standard rate)
• 2. By cheque, payable to 'Sport Relief TV' and sending it to Sport Relief 2002, Ernst & Young, PO Box 678, London EC4A 1NT
• 3. Collected cash may be paid in to 'Sport Relief 2002' at any High St branch of Nat West
• 4. Viewers with interactive television on digital satellite can donate already by clicking on the text button. (On the night, viewers can donate by clicking the red button)
