Miller back at Blackburn
Alan Miller has been called back by Blackburn
Miller will provide cover for Alan Kelly
Blackburn have recalled Alan Miller from his loan spell at St Johnstone to provide goalkeeping cover for the Worthington Cup Final.

Rovers' second-choice keeper Alan Kelly injured his knee training with the Republic of Ireland this week and has already been ruled out of Saturday's FA Cup tie at Middlesbrough.

Kelly is doubtful now for next weekend's Cardiff showdown with Tottenham.

I would imagine Alan Kelly will be available, but I've brought Alan Miller back just in case he isn't
Blackburn boss Graeme Souness

Manager Graeme Souness expects the Irish international to recover in time to take his place on the bench as Brad Friedel's understudy, but has brought Miller back to the club as a precaution.

Souness said: "Kelly damaged his knee away training with Ireland. It's quite a bad one, but not a bad, bad one and he's not in need of an operation.

"But it is a sore one and there's a doubt that he will be available for the Worthington Cup Final.

"I would imagine he will be available, but I've brought Alan Miller back just in case he isn't."

Miller is ineligible for Rovers' match against Middlesbrough because he was not registered in time and rookie Ryan Robinson, who has yet to play a first-team game for the club, will act as cover for Friedel.

Hakan Unsal of Galatasaray
Unsal is hoping for a move to Blackburn

Meanwhile, Galatasaray defender Hakan Unsal says he is lining up a move to Ewood Park.

The 28-year-old Turkish international told his website that a move to Blackburn was "a big probability".

He said: "If I can finalise all the necessary stuff to go, I will travel to England to talk to Blackburn Rovers.

"Both clubs have already agreed. If I can agree personal terms with them as well, I can start playing with my old team-mate Tugay."

Unsal played under Souness when the Scot was in charge at Galatasaray, and is expected to feature in the Turkish squad for the World Cup.
