The Ospreys field 11 Wales squad members bidding to face South Africa on Saturday 8 November in their squad travelling to London Irish on Sunday.
Seven of Warren Gatland's squad start the crunch EDF Energy Cup clash.
Shane Williams, Gavin Henson, James Hook, Adam Jones, Huw Bennett Ian Evans and Ian Gough start in Reading.
Head coach Sean Holley said: "Many of the players have points to prove, be it in terms of Ospreys selection or international selection."
In addition to the starting line-up, Richard Hibbard, Ryan Jones, Dan Biggar and Andrew Bishop will be on the bench at Madejski Stadium.

The Welsh Rugby Union last week won a High Court order compelling the Ospreys and their fellow regions to release players to train this week ahead of the autumn Tests.
The players were released back to their regions for the weekend, who have taken varying approaches to selection for the Anglo-Welsh Cup third round.

The Scarlets included five of Gatland's squad in their plans for Saturday's trip to Northampton while the Dragons picked one of their two Wales squad members in prop Rhys Thomas in their line-up at Wasps on Sunday.
