Gavin Henson hopes to win a place in the November Tests

Gavin Henson says Wales must buck up their ideas to meet the Tri-Nations challenge they face in November.
Henson says the Grand Slam winners' performances in defeat to South Africa in June were simply not good enough.
"We weren't good enough in June. We don't want to go another three years without winning anything again. We're a better team than that," said Henson.
Wales face Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa at the Millennium Stadium in November.

Henson, who missed the June Tests due to ankle surgery, added: "It was annoying not to be out there.
"The first Test was disappointing and the second game was a bit better. We need to put that right in November.
"I thought the first Test in South Africa was disappointing because we finished off last season on a massive high with the Grand Slam.
"I was hoping the boys would kick on and keep the winning mentality or good performances and give us something to build on.
"We just need to get our performances back up there and get back on track straight away."
Henson hopes to be fit to compete for a place in the squad as he continues his recovery from his ankle injury.
He said: "I should be back by October and hope to have four or five games in that period if I can.
"Being picked for Wales depends on if I'm playing well enough. We'll have to wait and see.
"But there are a lot of centres at the Ospreys so one of my main aims will just be to nail a starting spot."
