Lou Reed penalised for shouting

In the course of the season we're going to be putting together a collection of our favourite foul-ups and classic quotes from the commentary world.

Watch out for more audio and video clips from BBC Sport Wales' output.

Here are a few entries sent in by Scrum V fans:

From Emlyn Williams, Gloucestershire
The classic comment was Wales against the All Blacks when Gareth Thomas was called to the referee over an incident involving Gareth Llewellyn.

Alfie's only comment was when referring to GL: "... but he's 35!"

From Julie, Edinburgh
During a Scotland v USA World Cup match, into the final quarter of the game, Scotland going quite well.

Nigel Starmer-Smith: "Well there's one thing you can be sure of, the Americans are not going to take this lying down."

Camera pans round to an injured American... lying down!

From Leigh Prickett, California
Back in the '70s Cliff Morgan saying at the end of a Wales v England match:

"There goes Peter Dixon - moustached but happy!"

From Paul Murphy, Dublin
