Aberavon RFC have appointed scrum-half Dan Hawkins as backs coach after Kevin Hopkins' departure.
Hawkins' position is temporary and is going to be reviewed later in the Principality Premiership season.
Former Wales number eight Mark Jones will continue in his capacity as forwards coach at the Wizards.
Ex-Wales centre Hopkins, 44, had been head coach at Aberavon for two seasons before being recruited as Ospreys director of rugby last week.
