Newport Gwent Dragons have signed utility back Leigh Hinton from Bedford Blues on a two-year contract.
Hinton is a prolific kicker and was top points scorer in English League One last season.
The 26-year-old fly-half, full-back or wing has previously played for Moseley and Worcester, and was a target for Glasgow earlier this year.
"I am relishing playing for the Dragons and helping them build on the foundations laid," Hinton said.
"They have a very impressive back line and I am looking forward to being a part of that in the forthcoming season.
"The prospect of playing Celtic League, Heineken Cup and Powergen Cup rugby is one I am excited about."
Hinton led Bedford to the Powergen Challenge Shield last season, kicking the late penalty that secured the trophy.
