Three vie for SRU president role

Three candidates are vying for the Scottish Rugby Union presidency, the governing body has revealed.

Current president Jim Stevenson will stand against former Scotland and British Lions captain Finlay Calder and committee member Jim Gracie.

All three have been nominated by their clubs - Cambuslang, Stewart's-Melville FP and Alloa respectively.

Stevenson succeeded George Jack last year. The final vote will be held at Murrayfield on 27 June.
