A Hugo Southwell try helped Edinburgh kick-start their Celtic League campaign with victory over rivals Glasgow.
After a closely contested first half, Southwell squeezed in at the corner flag shortly after the break from a slick crossfield passing move.
A Calvin Howarth penalty - his third of the game - brought Glasgow back into contention almost immediately
But a Southwell kick wasn't dealt with and Craig Joiner sneaked over while a Phil Godman penalty secured the win.
