Since making his debut for Italy back in 1994, Troncon has rarely been missing from the team sheet.
He has almost 80 caps under his belt and, still with some years left of his international career, looks set to become the first Italian to pick up a century of caps for his country.
With Diego Dominguez he formed one of the most established half-back pairings in world rugby.
Following Dominguez's slip out of the limelight, Troncon has found Ramiro Pez fit into the role just as easily.
