Bryn Cunningham returns to action for Ulster Ravens against Aberavon on Friday night after a lengthy absence because of a hamstring injury. Cunningham will be joined in the back three by Mark McCrea and Tommy Seymour with Michael Allen and Ian Whitten continuing in the midfield. Neil McComb and Ed O'Donoghue partner in the second row and there is one change in the back row.
