Ulster have appointed former players Jonny Bell and Niall Malone to positions in the club's academy.
The pair, who also played for Ireland, will be Elite Player Development Officers while Arran Peck is named as Fitness and Conditioning Coach.
Bell made 81 appearances for Ulster and won 36 international caps while Malone's career included six seasons with English side Liecester Tigers.
Peck joins Ulster after seven years with the English Institute of Sport.
Malone and Peck will start with Ulster immediately while Bell will link up with the academy in November.
"I am really excited about this challenge and looking forward to carrying on the good work of Neil Doak," said Bell.
"The Ulster Rugby Academy system has a great success record - players like Andrew Trimble, Stephen Ferris, Ryan Caldwell, Paul Marshall and young Niall O'Connor have all benefited greatly from the academy expertise and support.
"I hope to be able to add my own experience and give those young aspiring players an insight into the reality of being a pro player."
