Friday evening action for Ulster

Ulster rugby

Ulster first three home matches in the Magners League will be in the popular Friday night slot at 1930 BST.

Matt Williams' side begin with a game against the Scarlets in Belfast on 5 September before tackling the Blues in Cardiff the following Friday.

It is then back to Ravenhill on 19 September when the Dragons are the visitors with a trip to Swansea to face the Ospreys eight days later.

Edinburgh make the trip to Belfast on 3 October before Ulster go into Europe.

Following a coulpe of Heineken Cup games against Stade Francais (Ravenhill, 11 October) and Harlequins (The Stoop, 18 October), Ulster tackle Munster in Belfast on Saturday 25 October with 1930 BST kick-off.

Following a break for the autumn internationals, Ulster return to Ravenhill on Friday, 28 October when Connacht are the visitors and then it is back to the Heineken Cup with the back-to-back games against the Scarlets.

The only other two confirmed dates in the Magners League are the home game against Leinster on 27 December and the trip to Munster on 3 January.
