Ulster first three home matches in the Magners League will be in the popular Friday night slot at 1930 BST.
Matt Williams' side begin with a game against the Scarlets in Belfast on 5 September before tackling the Blues in Cardiff the following Friday.
It is then back to Ravenhill on 19 September when the Dragons are the visitors with a trip to Swansea to face the Ospreys eight days later.
Edinburgh make the trip to Belfast on 3 October before Ulster go into Europe.
Following a coulpe of Heineken Cup games against Stade Francais (Ravenhill, 11 October) and Harlequins (The Stoop, 18 October), Ulster tackle Munster in Belfast on Saturday 25 October with 1930 BST kick-off.
Following a break for the autumn internationals, Ulster return to Ravenhill on Friday, 28 October when Connacht are the visitors and then it is back to the Heineken Cup with the back-to-back games against the Scarlets.
The only other two confirmed dates in the Magners League are the home game against Leinster on 27 December and the trip to Munster on 3 January.
