Ballymena crashed out of the AIB Cup on Saturday after a 35-8 defeat in the third round by league champions Garryowen at Dooradoyle.
The Braidmen's exit leaves Belfast side Malone as the last remaining Ulster representatives in the competition.
Malone's home tie with Bruff was one of two third round games postponed on Saturday because of the poor weather.
If Malone manage beat Bruff, they face a daunting quarter-final trip to Division One side Galwegians.
