Jenkins was sacked as Wales coach after this year's World Cup

Gareth Jenkins is interested in becoming the new Ulster rugby coach, BBC Sport understands.
Jenkins is believed to be the shortlist to succeed Mark McCall and sources close to the ex-Wales coach, say that he wants to be considered for the role.
Llanelli Scarlets reached two Heineken Cup semi-finals prior to Jenkins' appointment to the Wales job.
Jenkins was sacked as Wales coach in September after his team failed to reach the World Cup quarter-finals.
There is speculation that current Wales caretaker boss Nigel Davies could be part of the backroom team if Jenkins agrees a deal with Ulster.

Fifty-six-year-old Jenkins played 259 times for Llanelli and he was part of the club's team which famously beat the All Blacks in 1972.
Other names linked with the vacant Ulster job include former Scotland and Leinster coach Matt Williams, current New Zealand assistant coach Wayne Smith, Andre Bester and Willie Anderson.
However, Jenkins has been the favourite to land the job since Mark McCall's departure and his decision to throw his hat in the ring will increase speculation that he is set to be appointed to the role.
Caretaker coach Steve Williams is expected to remain in charge for the next three games but a new coach should be in place by early January.
Ulster officials have indicated that they want to bring in a recognised name with a proven track record at the highest level.
"We are looking for a lot of experience at Super 14, Heineken Cup or international level," said Ulster chief executive Michael Reid last week.
