The Ospreys have signed Wales World Cup seven star Tom Isaacs on a two year contract from Newport RFC.
The 22-year-old scrum-half has made one start in seven appearances for Newport Gwent Dragons.
"I am hugely excited by my move to the Ospreys and cannot wait to challenge for my place," said Isaacs.
"I am looking forward to developing my rugby alongside some great players, and hope to push my game on a couple of levels over the forthcoming seasons."
Isaacs added: "I'm extremely grateful to both Newport and the Dragons for the opportunities they have given me this season.
"The Ospreys however showed an interest and offered me a long-term commitment, which made my decision an easy one."
Isaacs showed his promise with some outstanding performances for the Wales Sevens team which lifted the 2009 World Cup in March.
Though Isaacs has played as a scrum-half the Ospreys have confirmed they plan to develop him in the backline.
