Phillips will play for the Blues until the end of the season

Wales scrum-half Mike Phillips says the Ospreys' greater drive prompted his move from Cardiff Blues.
"The Ospreys have a great squad and facilities and are developing all the time," said Phillips, who has agreed a four-year, big-money summer move.
"There were a few offers on the table, but the Ospreys want to win things and that's what attracted me."
The comments will be a slap in the face for the Blues, as Phillips plays for them for the remainder of the season.
The Cardiff side, who once touted themselves as the greatest rugby club in the world, have struggled to match the financial power and ambitious plans of the Ospreys since the move to regional rugby.

But both sides are in strong positions in the Magners League this season, and are chasing the title along with Ulster and Leinster.
Phillips was keen to defend the financial aspect of his switch to the Ospreys, with his contract thought to be worth close to £200,000 per season.
"If someone is willing to give me that money it's up to them," the 24-year-old, 19-cap man told BBC Sport Wales.
"I'm not arrogant enough to say that I'm worth it, but it's a professional world and you have to look after yourself.
"I have to live up to it now, but I'm sure that I'll go there and play well. I'm looking forward to the move."
