Newcastle Falcons flanker Will Welch and lock Aaron Hall are in the squad for England under-18s AER Championship match against Ireland on Wednesday.
The duo are in Italy for the game and Welch is expected to start as England aim to build on the 53-3 defeat of Georgia in the opening game.
The winners of Wednesday's game will play either holders France or Italy in Saturday's final at Treviso.
France will take on Italy at Casale Sul Sile on Wednesday.
England will be attempting to avenge a narrow defeat by Italy in last season's competition which denied them a hat-trick of titles.
Ireland went on to lose to France in a kicking contest after the scores were level and England went into the third-place play-off.
