The Scarlets fear David Lyons has suffered a serious knee injury

The Scarlets fear the worst following a double injury blow during their 34-7 LV= Cup defeat by Saracens on Saturday at Parc y Scarlets. Number eight David Lyons and lock Dominic Day went off and director of rugby Nigel Davies says both injuries looked serious. Davies said: "Dom has a shoulder injury and David has injured a knee - both injuries looked pretty serious." The Scarlets went into the game with 11 players already out injured.
