O'Kelly and Quinlan in Baa-Baas side for Ireland clash

Malcolm O'Kelly is retiring at the end of this season

Irish veterans Alan Quinlan and Malcolm O'Kelly have been named in the Barbarians line-up for Friday's game against Ireland at Thomond Park.

The team will be captained by Xavier Rush and shows 11 changes from Sunday's 35-26 defeat by England.

Munster player Paul Warwick, Pierre Mignoni, Brock James, Seru Rabeni and David Smith are all named in the backs.

The pack includes David Barnes, Schalk Brits, Census Johnston, Jerome Thion and George Smith.

Leinster lock O'Kelly is retiring at the end of this season.

Former France star Philippe Saint Andre is Barbarians coach on the current tour.

Florian Fritz and Rodrigo Roncero, who were named in the original squad, were not considered because of upcoming international commitments.

Paul Sackey faces a late fitness test on a hamstring injury before taking his place on the replacements bench, and Fabrice Estebanez is standing by to deputise.
