Fa'afili signed for Leeds Carnegie back in May

Centre Henry Fa'afili will miss Leeds Carnegie's next three matches after being sent off for Samoa. He has been banned for three weeks after his dismissal for a high tackle during Samoa's defeat to Italy. He will miss Friday's Premiership clash against Harlequins and the Challenge Cup matches against Bucaresti Oaks. "He has never previously been sent off in his career and is sorry for his actions," said Carnegie director of rugby Andy Key. "Unfortunately, we will be without him for the next three games but I am sure he will come back stronger from this." A disciplinary hearing decided that Fa'afili's tackle on Luke McLean was dangerous although his previous clean record was taken into account. He will be back available for selection for the trip to Newcastle in the Guinness Premiership on 27 December.
