Gloucester flanker Peter Buxton has said they need to focus on winning home games to progress beyond the group stages of the Heineken Cup.
Gloucester failed to earn even a bonus point in Sunday's 37-24 defeat to Cardiff at the Millennium Stadium.
But Buxton pointed out: "We've still got two home games left. We need to concentrate on winning our home games.
"Cardiff have got two bonus point wins which puts them on top, but they've got to play Biarritz home and away."
Gloucester have to win the group to guarantee going through to the knockout stages. But they are currently only third in Pool 6 behind Biarritz, who they beat in their opening game, only for the French side to edge above them with a 41-10 bonus point victory over Calvisano.
The Cherry and Whites' next two games are not until December when they play Calvisano, first away, then at Kingsholm, in successive weekends.
They then finish up in January with the return home game against Cardiff before rounding the group off with the trip to Biarritz.
Gloucester are waiting for assessments on three injured players ahead of Saturday's next Anglo-Welsh Cup group game against Newport Gwent Dragons.
England forward Luke Narraway and full-back Olly Morgan both sustained hamstring injuries during Sunday's game, while stand-off Ryan Lamb bruised his pelvis in a heavy fall.
