Scrum-half Pinder leaves Glasgow

Former Glasgow scrum-half Sam Pinder
Pinder spent the last six years in Glasgow

Glasgow Warriors scrum-half Sam Pinder is leaving the club to take up a coaching position in Hong Kong.

Pinder joined Glasgow in 2003 but struggled to find a regular starting place for the club, appearing only five times last term.

Warriors head coach Sean Lineen has also brought in fellow scrum-half Chris Cusiter for the coming season.

Although born in New Zealand, 30-year-old Pinder represented Scotland twice - both times against South Africa.
