Evans delight at Glasgow extension
Glasgow centre Max Evans expressed delight after extending his contract with the Warriors until 2011.
Evans, 25, has been a regular in the side since joining the club in January 2007 and earned his first Scotland cap against Canada last month.
"I really enjoy living in Glasgow and I love the atmosphere around the club," said Evans.
"My main focus is to be in contention for a place in the Scotland squad for the 2011 Rugby World Cup."
Evans said he was enjoying his rugby, adding: "The management at Glasgow are first-class and they all add to improving my game and the overall experience of playing for the club."
Warriors head coach Sean Lineen said he was delighted Evans had decided to extend his contract.
"I've been very impressed with his willingness to learn. He's very unique in this country as an outside centre," said Lineen.
