There are three Ulster derby clashes in the AIB Cup first round with matches on the weekend of 27/28 September.
Instonians face Rainey OB at Shane Park while Malone square up to Queen's University at Gibson Park and Belfast Harlequins are at home to Banbridge.
Ballynahinch are away to Naas while Portadown travel to Waterpark with Ards at home to Suttonians.
In the second round on 1/2 November, Ballymena travel to Old Belvedere and Dungannon visit UL Bohemians.
Big game of the second round is the visit of defending champions Shannon to Blackrock in a repeat of last season's final.
The competition involves all 48 clubs in the All-Ireland League with the Division 2 and 3 battling it out in the opening round and the Division One clubs entering the competition at the second round stage.
