Tries from Rob Carney and Keith Gleeson helped secure victory for the Irish side as they sought to make up for their Heineken Cup semi-final defeat.
Felipe Contepomi kicked three penalties and a conversion as Leinster, who led 15-3 at the break, leapfrogged Ulster.
Dan Parks booted eight points for Glasgow, who also had try scorers in Andy Henderson and Stuart Corsar.
