A superb late David Johnston try and two Owen McMurray penalties saw Methodist College beat Campbell College in the Schools' Cup final at Ravenhill.
Methody captain David Johnston is held aloft
Methody enjoyed all the early pressure and McMurray kicked an early penalty.
Campbell fly-half Rory Boyd replied with a try soon after and his side dominated the latter stages of the first half with Jamie Smith starring.
McMurray landed another penalty before the break and captain Johnston added a try in the dying moments of the game.
It was a fine individual effort from Johnston that saw Methody home in the dying minutes.
The number eight broke from the base of the scrum 40 metres out, sprinted clear, and he chipped the ball over the defence and collect before before dashing over the line.
The second half produced a much tighter game, with more forward play and good defence from both sides with Campbell relying heavily on the boot of Smith.
