Ulster fly-half David Humphreys will be available for the Celtic Cup final against Edinburgh at Murrayfield on Saturday 20 December.
Ireland coach Eddie O'Sullivan has released the experienced Humphreys from the international squad's warm-weather training in Lanzarote.
O'Sullivan had already freed six World Cup panel members last week for the showdown at Scottish headquarters with Gary Longwell, Neil Doak, Paddy Wallace, Tyrone Howe, Simon Best and Paul Shields all made available.
The Ireland squad are due to head out to the sun this Sunday for a week-long camp in preparation for the new Six Nations campaign.
Ulster coach Alan Solomons will now be able to select from a full-strength squad with Ryan Constable available again after missing Friday's epic 22-20 Heineken Cup victory over Stade Francais because of a shoulder injury.
Humphreys was a key player in that tense victory, landing five penalties and converting a brilliant try by Wallace.
Solomons is expected to name his side for the final on Tuesday.
Eric Miller will also miss the Ireland get-together after sustaining a shoulder injury in Leinster's Heineken Cup win over the Blues on Friday.
