Wales have selected a 26-man squad for the International Rugby Board Under-21 World Cup in Scotland.
Coaches Chris Davey and Dai Rees have yet to name a captain to replace Richie Pugh, who has been called up to the senior Wales squad.
Dragons lock Luke Charteris is also missing, the Wales management having asked for him to spend the summer working on his conditioning.
The tournament will be played between 11 and 27 June.
